If you are buying, selling or looking to rent a home in the Valley, you can donate to Joey's Fight and it won't cost you a thing.
Lenora Volk, a friend of the family and great real estate agent, has decided to donate 25% of her commissions to help support Joey's Fight. When Lenora told us of her plan all we could respond with was dumfounded silence. For someone to give so much and ask for nothing in return is amazing.
Below is the full text of a flyer that we are distributing everywhere we can. It has Lenora's contact information included. If you are thinking of buying, selling or renting please consider Lenora as a great choice. Not just because of Joey but because she is a great person who is great at what she does.

Joey Black is a bright young Arizona boy who turned 5-years old on May 4th, 2005. He has all the typical child likes anddislikes; he loves Spiderman, video games and baseball; however, he could do without ever having to eat carrots, visiting hospitals, or seeing doctors.
On April 20th, 2005, Joey was diagnosed with Pre B-cellAcute Lymphocytic Leukemia.
Eating carrots may still be something he can avoid, butvisiting hospitals and seeing doctors can’t be avoided now.

My name is Lenora Volk. I am a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX at the Ridge. More importantly though, I am the mother of 5 wonderful children and grandmother to 3 marvelous grandchildren, so it broke my heart when I heard about Joey’s fight with Leukemia. I knew I had to do something to help.
After deep reflection and prayer, I decided that the best way for me to help Joey and his family was financially. I’ve committed to contributing 25% of all my commissions to Joey’s family to help with medical and care expenses.
“How can I help?” you ask. Well, if you or anyone you know; family, co-worker, neighbor, or friend, happens to be thinking about buying or selling a home, you can tell them about Joey, and they can give me a call. I can provide them exceptional real estate services and it will result in helping meet Joey’s financial needs.
You win, and best of all, Joey wins, just by doing what you had already planned. There is no additional expense to you, no loss on your profit or return, no additional paperwork, and no additional responsibility. It’s that easy!
My past clients know that there is nothing that stops me from going where I need to go, or doing what I need to do, to reach successful results on their behalf. My professional abilities and services encompass the entire Phoenix metro area and my clients are scattered all over the valley.
I can help you find your dream home, sell your existing home, or even find a rental. If it involves relocation, I can help you, and through such, we can help Joey.
Please call me today if moving is in your future and together we can help Joey in his fight against leukemia.
