Car wash

A friend of our family, Amy Fredenhagen, organized and worked a car wash to benefit Joey.  She is one of the many angels helping watch over Joey and all of us during this time.

There are many people to thank for their hard work before and during the car wash.

Mom and Dad Black.  Mom was there for the entire thing.  She helped plan and get family volunteers.  Dad got there after work, where he broke his toe, and washed cars all day.

Skeet, Kim, Josh, Jordan, Gabrielle and Jacob Black.  Skeet and his family worked all day.  The kids would help wash then hand out flyers.  Each of Skeet's kids worked very hard and had great attitudes the entire time.

The Hoyer family.  Cameron and his wife and two kids could not be there as they were out of town.  But before the car wash made a bunch of signs and posters.

Scott Roseman and his girlfriend.  Scotty helped wash until he had to leave but his girlfriend stuck around all day.  I had the pleasure of meeting her last year and my first instincts were right.  They are both great people who together are even better.

Gina showed up and gave some great moral support.

Kenna was there the entire day washing, smiling and helping.
